1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and unworn
In its original condition
In the original packaging
With all accessories included
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, worn or visibly used items cannot be accepted.
Because our products are handcrafted, minor natural variations are not considered defects.
3. Return Procedure

within 14 days of delivery.
Wait for written return authorization and instructions.
Ship the product back within 14 days after receiving return approval.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Customs & International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs documentation and associated fees.
Items must be returned from the same country to which they were originally shipped unless otherwise agreed.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos and order details.
Once confirmed, we will provide instructions for replacement or refund.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear is not considered a defect.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
