All products are handcrafted in Istanbul, Türkiye, and shipped worldwide directly from our production facility.

1. Product Nature
All Rukiye Zirekoglu products are handcrafted using traditional techniques and natural materials.
Due to the artisanal nature of our production, minor variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur. These differences are not considered defects but reflect the uniqueness of each piece.
Product images are presented as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
2. Orders & Acceptance
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Payment authorization issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your country of residence.
For international shipments outside Türkiye, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by their country.
4. Payment Security
We use secure encrypted payment systems to protect your personal and financial information. We do not store full payment details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All products are shipped from Istanbul, Türkiye.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers are beyond our control.
All shipments include tracking information and may require a signature upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for return:
The product must be unused
In original condition
In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
7. Returns & Defective Products
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Products showing signs of wear, improper use, or damage caused after delivery will not be considered defective.
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item and processed using the original payment method.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Applicable Law
These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection regulations of their country may additionally apply.
